The company will occupy a total of almost 1 000 sqm of office space in the Warsaw’s Forest campus. In addition, the OMODA and JAECOO car showroom and the Salad Story restaurant joins the ground floor tenants of Forest.
Operating since 1991, Transition Technologies is a group of companies with Polish capital and origins. The group consists of 8 companies specialized in their respective areas. The company has 27 offices on 3 continents, employing over 2 280 people. The company and its subsidiaries will move into new Forest offices on the first and third floors in December this year.
– We would like to thank new tenants who decided to move into our award-winning campus for their trust. The full occupancy of Forest’s 78 000 sqm of space is the best proof of the top-class working environment and the attractive offer we have created here. Each week we hear positive opinions from employees working in the building, whose greenery puts them in a good mood and makes them simply enjoy being here – said Cezary Błaszczyk, member of the board at HB Reavis Investments in Poland.
Other office tenants in the building also include Bank Pekao S.A., Leroy Merlin, Servier, Nielsen Media Services, Infor, PUMA, AmeriGas, Sweco, Husqvarna and Vorwerk.
In addition, close to 300 sqm of space on the ground floor of Forest will be occupied by the showroom of OMODA and JAECOO automotive brands, where customers will be able to get to know and buy new crossover cars. At the end of October, employees and guests of the building will also be able to visit the food offer of Salad Story. The campus’ amenities also include the Enel-Med medical centre, the House of Montessori kindergarten, the Gorąco Polecam café, the Żabka convenience store, the Mikomax furniture showroom, and the 8a outdoor clothing and equipment store.
HRA Architekci designed Forest in the spirit of biophilic design, which means restoring nature to the human environment. Over 200 trees and as many shrubs were planted around the development. Lush vegetation is available in the courtyard and roof garden, which are very popular with Warsaw residents. The buildings feature many solutions that help reduce the carbon footprint and save resources, including an energy-saving façade and a rainwater reuse system.
Forest office campus is the winner of the Architectural Award of the Mayor of Warsaw, the Accessibility Leader title for inclusivity, the “Warsaw in Flowers” prize for best garden, the Polish Green Building Council award, the Real Estate Impactor prize, and the Eurobuild Awards for the best office building according to tenant satisfaction surveys. The project has BREEAM, WELL, WELL Health-Safety Rating and Barrier-free facility certificates.
Due to its location on between Wola, Śródmieście and Żoliborz districts, Forest is easily accessible by public transport. There are several bus, tram and commuter rail stops nearby, and the Dworzec Gdański metro station is also within a 10-minute walk.
